Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Send you a return shipping label

  • Provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified whether your refund is approved or denied

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Keep in mind: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships and a tracking number is generated.

Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.


1-Year Warranty

Every purchase from VeronovaCase.com comes with a 1-year limited warranty, which covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Failure of the case to protect your device as advertised

To request a replacement, send:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos as proof

Warranty claims are reviewed before approval.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Once your return is received in original condition, we will issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Single-use items (e.g. screen protectors)

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.


Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

  • Packages that are unclaimed or refused and returned to sender
